Default Startech spoiler + CDT license plate holder pictures

I've recently mounted both Startech spoiler and CTD front license plate holder (european plates) in my XF Coupe and I want to share with you some pictures, in case you are interested in acquiring any of these products.

So far I'm very happy with both purchases, although I have to admit that the spoiler decreases (like a 25%) the, already low, rear visibility when is spread.

Here you have:

By the way, the rear plate holder is from Craigsplates

I love the spoiler.

I wish it was available for the roadster.

Wow. I hadn't realized the roadster spoiler was so different as the coupe one.

Julio, as long as you seldom drive over 100 mph. You could probably get away with just installing a "kill switch" to your factory spoiler. That way you wouldn't have any of your rear visibility effected by the addition of the Startech spoiler.
Then when you feel you are going fast enough that the spoiler should be up (like when the alarm goes off at 95 mph) just flip a switch and up goes your spoiler.

I bought it to this ebay seller that was mentioned in this post.

83 € was my winner bid, postage included (around $110)

Thanks for the tip, but it's not that bad

Just curious, but what does the Startech spoiler look like when the factory spoiler is deployed?
A nice side view photo would be great, and maybe one from the rear. Thanks.

They are different enough. The roadster does't have the round cut-out over the oval of the wing.

How soon I'm forgotten.

Anyway here are the pics you seek. This is my 04 coupe with front Startech spoiler and the rear spoiler.

These parts are much more striking in person. Adds nice little accents and the little duck tail look compliments the style of this car.

Thanks buddy, I may take months to respond because my job sucks the life out of me. So far, after 7 years the Xfire is still the best car I've owned and I've owned and still own Porsches, BMW, and Mercedes. Such a fun car and 7 years after I bought it, it still gets looks and positive comments here in Greenwich CT which is saying something since Ferrari's are like Toyota's here. LOL
