But unsure if they fit. They are off an E55 and are real, not knock of Brabus Monoblock II 3 piece. They are coming from a good friend who sold the car without the wheels. They came of a 2003 E55.

The front are 19.8 and the rears are 19.9.5 I believe.

Please tell me these will fit.

Grab some H&R spacers and you'll be golden.

IIRC the E55 has a fairly shallow offset in the rear, +35mm I believe.

With the lowering springs and 9.5" wide rears, you'll want to push that out with at least a 10mm spacer... 15 would be aggressive but would be a NICE look, as you should be just flush with the fender.

Besides, you can't beat that price!

The Monoblock II... isn't that the 3-spoke wheel used on earlier W210 models?

 

The monoblock IIs are the wheel that went on every Startech crossfire sold in Europe. It looks like five tuning forks. You can see it in the Startech press shots.

I think 12mm in the rear and 10mm spacers in front would work perfect. Dont forget to get the longer bolts.

And while your getting those longer bolts, make damn sure they arent too long or they will tear up your stuff behind the rotors! Make sure they arent too long nor too short!

 

Does anybody know the exact length I need. I know I'm going to screw this up. Also, where do I buy them?

 

The rule of thumb Maya is to add as many mm to the bolt as you are to the spacer.

Just make sure the bolts stick through the wheels the same amount the factory bolts stick through the factory wheels..... then add the thickness of your spacer....

 

Caution, the new rims might not have the same depth of the seat as the OEM rims. They may be shallower or deeper. Make sure the seat of the new bolt matches the rim as well. You cannot use a conical bolt on a ball rim and visa versa. I would place a bolt into the OEM rims and measure the bolt side exposed inside the rim and then put a bolt into the new rim with the spacer installed in the rim and make sure the same measurement is found with the rim and spacer together. Remember also, the torque is 81ft/lbs after you get the correct bolt length and seat. Good luck!

 

before you get all excited im going to burst your bubble. the e55 uses a 14mm diameter lugbolt and the xfire uses a 12mm lugbolt. you will need to source shanked lugbolts that have a cone seat and thats a tough find. i bought superlight wheels for my 32 and they wouldnt fit due to the larger lugbolt holes. sorry

 

 

Hub swap an option? Havent dug into our axle setups.. just popped into mind after Jedi Killer.. LOL..

 

You could add the new bolt threads between the existing ones. Or even open up the existing ones.
Accuracy would be really be required though and done on a mill, no hand drilling.

 

i also think the e55 offset is in the 40 for the rear. take a fair sized spacer to fix that
