Mine starts to rise just about 68 mph and seems to go down when I dip under 40 mph. Dealer told me these numbers to.

Wonder if we can change the default settings?

Up at 62 mph and down at 36 mph. Still think it is cool to watch. Hope I don't hit somebody watching my spoiler go up and down. That would be very embarrassing ops:

I'm not being a smart***, just curious. Why is it important if it goes up at 58mph or 65mph? I'm not sure what the system is for deploying the spoiler, but I'm guessing that DC is not treating it as something that has to occur at precisely a particular speed. Functionally, I don't believe a spoiler has much of an effect until speeds are greater than 65 mph. :?:

D/C changed it sometime around October/November 2003. There was an addendum in my user manual stating the speed had been changed. If I set the cruise at 64, and hit the accell on cruise once it does not come up. Twice, and it comes up.

Mine goes up at 65 and I'd rather have it go up sooner, around 55 or so. Reason for it is the speed limit is 55 and then it goes up to 65 further out ( not that I usually stick to exactly THAT) of the city BUT traffic is so slow sometimes that I just can't go fast enough to have it go up. True I could do it manually but I need that hand for shifting I don't care if it has any function at slower speeds, it just looks sooooo cool!!
