crossfire limited vs charger srt8 with mods
That being said, who knows what happened but if you guys kept going he definitely would have circled the earth before you went 10 feet! Our cars are cool but they just are not fast!
Last night after a local car meet in Rt 37 I was on my way home and was greeted at the traffic light by a charger srt8 who was getting alot of attention at the meet for how nicely his car was done up in both aesthetics and performance.. anyway I had no interest in racing him but he kept heckling me so I decided to race him just for fun to see how i put up a fight against goliath.. any way he said he wanted to race to the fire signal which was roughly a 1/4 mile away.. anyway light turned and I got the jump and kept about a half car length lead the whole time! After the fire signal I let off and he kept going while giving me the bird he drove off! I am proud of my little crossfire! Just thought I'd post to give hope to those of you with n/a crossfires, who cnt get an srt6 or afford the BEGI turbo kit!
Thanks to those of you who believe me, I didn't make this story up, and even if he messed up driving his automatic his car stock has double the horse power as mine and I'm just surprised that he didn't beat me by 10 car lengths
Power to weight!!!!!!!!!!!! ................................ for the cars too.
BTW nice.....

I was at the track last night watching a brand new Challenger SRT8 with the 392 cubic inch V8 only run 14's. Poor guy couldn't hook up with his street tires. So yes, they would be worse on the streets and are easy kills for you.
I respect the srt8's as well, my son has a 300 srt8 with a vortech super charger. His dyno was 487hp at the wheels. I give him a hard time saying that by the time he gets any traction my srt6 will be long gone, but I know better.
