I'd say intake for sure. I know my car didn't respond well to the exhaust upgrade and went back to stock. But then again, my car is an SRT-6.

I got the dcai man I really notice the difference a lot more torque And it sounds sweet as a little whistle when chaging
gears! I got a after market exhaust before the dcai and it felt like I lost power in my first and second Gears , the sounds cool but not worth the power loss.. magnaflow might be different good luck

On an N/A, Rob tells me there is little difference ( other than looks ) between a DCAI and a single CAI.
After that, you should consider a 74mm throttle body, then a tune.
If yours is an automatic, maybe a SprintBooster too .......

Alaxfire,

I didn't mention it before, but the gas mileage has improved noticeably sine I removed my SB for diagnostic reasons. It's a lotta' fun when it's in, but makes driving around town a bit easier!

Still runnin' like Jack the Bear. No CEL. Idles fine. Catch can going in this AM. After I go get some groceries for AJ. God, can this kid eat!

I would address the air intakes first, followed by, and then the Exhaust. Finally a tune to make it all work.

Agreed. Plus the single CAI is much easier to install. Definitely follow it up with a tune.

1. so dual cold air intake and a single cold air intake are the same ? dual is just more decrative?

2. a 74 mm throttle body would be the next step ? or exhaust?

3. what is this chip that says it increases hp and saves gas what is that al about and what is you opinion on it?

1. on a n/a corssfire you do not need more than a single CAI unless you just really want the look of the dual.

2. 74 mm TB with a rear cat delete is the direction I would go if I had it to do all over again.

3. Stay away from chips, they are mostly a scam. Go with a professional remote tune from Eurocharged or the like.

I would say the intake upgrade will give you better results, but the exhaust mod makes it way better to drive!

With a single CAI, you can also put a MB C320 engine cover on, with the dual, you're gonna have to stay naked .....
( this is the Version 1 single cai - see the welded-on bung for the MAF sensor )

Exhaust is for your pleasure, little HP gain. CAI on an N/A... same thing. Sprint booster will get rid of the throttle lag, no HP gain. A tune however, would help the car. It's your $$$$, but that is the facts.
On the supercharged cars, all those things, but exhaust, helps. As we need more air for more boost.
