Default Eurocharged Remote Tuning Cable?

I have checked the boards and EC's site and can't seem to find the price for a Base tune for the '04 N/A. It's likely that I just overlooked it but I would like to be sure. I have called their office 4 times in the last month, never an answer, and judging by their answering machine message they are on permanent vacaction doing tunes in Florida. I am looking at ordering this tuning cable and getting the base tune for them to do over the internet because I am in KY, but as I can't seem to get ahold of them, I am a little concerned. Any tips would be appreciated.

They do the Texas Mile thing as well....so, they are busy....

Well I guess there are other tuners you could go to, I am sure they will be willing to take the money you want to spend.

I think that there are too many people that disregard poor service and keep going back, not me, once burned twice shy is my motto. They are either in business to make money or not, they cannot rely on customers to keep saying it's raining when they spit in their face.

They are going to be in Columbus, Ohio in a couple of weeks for the timmayfest. I don't know what they are going to charge but I know they are going to be offering deals.

I emailed them early January with my vin to check against their database to see if mine had possible been flashed.. since buying it used you never really know, and it's not like I went out test driving crossfires to have a butometer comparision to. Still patiently waiting to hear back.. and not holding my breath either.

Sounds like Aaron's itching to get his 74MM throttle body dialed in on his N/A. Squirrel Crusher

hehe it does sound like that doesnt it Don. I am indeed, plan to put it on when I get my CAI, catch can, etc from NW. And 180, I am unsure of anywhere within driving range to get mine tuned. Nashville is only 2 1/2 hours away, but I don't know that there is a tuner in town there. I have seen where most of the folks on this board go EC, as such I expected them to be reliable.

Hell yeah! I have a mountain bike and I have had my front fork repaired twice now, the first time cost 110$ (expensive) the second time was "free" but it took them 4 months because a part was on back order. Today I pull the bike out for a 10 mile ride and find my rebound is shot (again) the same freaking problem it had for repair #1. Only reason why I went to these bastards is because my ex bike coach recommended them and said he could get me a deal (He used to own the shop). I went there the second time because they better fix it for free....

Bottom line, screw those mother's, they can have my front fork.... one piece through their store window, and the other threw their car window.....

No, if you order a tune, they will address it. Even while on the road. Like my old @ss, I work 7 days a week at 2 jobs, and try to answer the emails I get, but sometimes I miss a few, or my inbox gets to full, I start deleting junk mail. I am sure from time to time, I delete the wrong file. Just keep after their @ss, they will answer your questions. It is worth the wait, as I have watched them from the time it was LET in Chicago until today, Eurocharged. They know the engines very well when it comes to tuning....

I LOVE MY EC TUNE! THOSE GUYS REALLY CARE ABOUT US (AND OUR $ OF COURSE) BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM EMAIL THEM DIRECTLY AND THEY WILL HELP THE BEST THEY CAN. WHEN MINE WAS TUNED, THE CABLE WAS MESSED UP SO IT DIDN'T WORK. I WAS SCARED TO DEATH BUT WAS REASSURED IT WAS ALL OK. THEY SENT ANOTHER CABLE RIGHT OUT AND THE TUNE WAS DONE IN A MCDONALDS PARKING LOT A COUPLE DAYS LATER. THOSE GUYS ARE GREAT!

Oooops, sorry bout the caps, cap lock was on I didn't notice it until I was almost done and didn't want to re-type all of it...

Judging from the responses here, I should just badger them until I get an answer. That... I can do! Am really looking forward to seeing what kind of results I get after the install of meh parts and the tune. Thanks for imparting all the wisdom guys!

Miata...just the nature of the beast when dealing with custom stuff. Everyone means well in the beginning, because most cars aren't that bad to mod. But, once they get into our little cars, they find the Chrysler/Daimler head banging associated with the ECU...and it is, whoops....there it is.....lol
