Should I get Needswing Single CAI?
Probably the single best mod you can make to your car to improve its performance.
This + 74mm throttle body + K&N cone filter + EuroCharged tune = NOTICABLE DIFFERENCE, I'd estimate maybe 25-30 HP, SO ......
CAI = 449.95 ( I bought a second hand one for $200 )
filter = 40.00 ( from Summit Racing )
74mm = 85.00 ( from carguts.com )
tune = 195.00 ( on sale NOW - discount code is "george") - you can get this NOW, and retune later for free after other items are added.
------------------
$769.95 / 25 = $30 per HP - you decide ........
Fire I don't drag race at all, but I do like going fast! I just wanna race a couple friends here and there but nothing really serious. My xfire is a Manual and has no mods. So this would be pretty cool
The following is MY experience, others may vary ......

How does a tune work?! Do I have to take it somewhere? I live in Arcadia, fl and idk if any shops are near me.
Another question (sorry about being so dumb haha) is it easy to install the TB or what? I've done some research on that and couldn't really find where they show how to install?
Thank you but the way!!
Alax, thank you so much for taking time to list the prices and gains! I'm really only interested in the cai, trottle body and k&n filter that fits good behind my stock grill!

Ohh really?! So the 198 is just for the cable, and then all I need to do is hook it up? But I have a Mac Book pro. Does it still work with that?!
Should I buy the Eurocharge or Needswing CAI first?!
As far as the comparability I don't know, you'd have to follow up with the company EuroCharged
So the 195 software doesn't come with a cable? I have to buy it separately? People on here don't let other buddies borrow one? Haha
I bought a used SRT6 coupe fitted with a Needswing single CAI. I took it off, after I discovered it had a dual CAI from AMG. I Reinstalled the OEM supplied by the previous owner. No big air filter blocking air flow to radiator gary
I ran my personal best (12.3 @ 111.91mph) in 82° heat (1,700' D-A) with the Needswings single, 65mm EC pulley and a EC tune. Car was at full temp, so we can only assume some heat soak was present. I'm running a bone-stock coolant/intercooler setup. The 1/8th mile time was 7.90 @ 88.4mph... I also had over half a tank of gas (extra weight).
Recently I reinstalled the OEM airboxes and even went a step further by opening up the Y-pipe with a home made code-3 intake. I did this purely for aesthetics, as I wanted to run the 32-AMG front engine cover for the car show season. No other change was made to the engine. Tires, wheels, all unchanged.
Fast-forward to last week:
On a historically faster track, with better prep, 1,900' D-A, a cool engine, ~3 gallons of gas in the tank, and 73° ambient temp -- the BEST I could muster was a 12.604 @ 110mph... 1/8th mile time was 8.134 at 87.12mph
So, it's safe to say the Needswings clearly flows much better than the OEM setup.
I'll simply say the following:

Now I'm going to make another Jungle Juice and maybe pass out. After all last week was **** and this week has to be better
Doesn't work with a Mac. Find a friend with a laptop and he can help you out. I had to steal one of works laptops and set up a wifi connection near the garage to do mine
If you can't do them both right now I suggest the Eurocharge tune. It's a tune that comes with free retunes when you mod later down the road. Plus it's on sale
Mmmmm Jungle Juice. Hamilton won today, you will have a great week.
Exactly!! That's what I was thinking!...plus it's cheaper than the Needswing CAI!!
Ohh wow, that sucks! But is the setup for the Eurocharge difficult or pretty easy. I'm a beginner at this car stuff
Once on your computer they blank the screen and start to modify your car on the spot. Takes about 10 minutes and your done.
So it's like most of the dates I've been on?
