Worth it?
I'm in no rush... I'm just anxious.. I havn't had the chance to play with this car for a long time now so I'm loving doiing anything with it.. lol.. I changed the oil the other day and it took me the entire day because I cleaned the endercarriage. .. will wait on the books though.. and thanks for the tip.. guess it's more money towards my headliner going back up (second time it's fallen)... much appreciated advice..
Why not just download the manuals from onehundred80's links and put them on a thumb drive for your key ring.
Then all you need is a laptop in the garage, and you don't get greasy fingerprints all over the manual.
( you do, of course, get greasy fingerprints on the laptop keyboard ..... )

I paid around 80ish for the 2-volume manual for my '04 - those have become almost as invaluable as some of the advice in the forum. For me it was a no-brainer to spend that kind of money (I was willing to go higher to make sure I had the complete service manual) since I knew I was going to keep my car for a very long time. I also have the downloaded manual as well, in case I need to print out a few pages (shleping my computer to the garage is a hassle).
