Not worth arguing about, the wheel does not have to come off. He asked if it did according to the manual and you said it did. I'm done with this thread portion, the wheel does not have to come off.

I posted my question in the sticky thread but got no response.
I have drilled the pin out so it is below the black sleeve and the assembly freely turns and moves laterally. I'm still not able to turn my key so I can remove the tumbler set. Do I have to drill deeper?
