Default shop manuals have to be specific year?

Hi i'm Brad and i'm a new 2004 xfr owner I'm looking at shop manuals on Ebay and see the 2004 is 2 of 2 manuals and 2006 is 3 of 3. the 06 are the cheaper ones with 1 more book. Do i have to stick with the 04, i wont be doing anything big, ill leave that to the mechanics..just need your regular backyard car info. Thanx.

Somewhere on here, someone has posted the parts and service manuals in an electronic format...for the price of "on da house"

Go to the first post of this thread and see if it has what you need.

The 2004's were all limited coupes. After that the manuels had to cover SRT6's and covertables as well.
