Front license poll: yes or no?
I live in Maryland where the law says we are supposed to have both front and rear plates, but the dealer didn't install the front bracket. They just gave me the front plate and said if I get a ticket for it to bring it in and they would install it then.
BONED AGAIN !!! Just got another fix-it ticket in Burbank CA for my altered front plate... Will fight this one again like the last one... But his is getting to be a pain in the ***...
Burbank PD pulled me over and said he did so for not having a front plate... Then I walked him to the front of the car and pointed to the plate... He then hemmed and hawed and pulled out his book of vehicle codes and read frantically for the vehicle code...
I then retreived the Vehicle Code I carry with me in my car and presented it to him... He then started getting pissed, so I just let him write the ticket instead of standing there having an arguement with him...

they don't really bother me here in New Jersey or New York. I have mine in the front pass side windshield. As long as it's visible from the front and lit and visible from the rear of the car, it is legal.
