Default Luggage question

Hey Guys, I had seen another Crossfire forum and checked it out. Not much going on as far as post but did see an older posting in regards to luggage coming with the Crossfire after purchase. They send it to you. I bought mine from a dealer but it was a dealer that sells used cars. He collects cars himself and he bought this one from another dealer. It had 937 miles on it and it was a May 2003 build in Germany. Is there anyway of finding out if the luggage was sent to someone or I can possibly still get it. Thanks Mike

They are all built in Germany. If the dealer you bought it from bought it from a DC dealer he should have gotten the luggage. I would ask him about it. Do you have the original window sticker? If so look to see if "Touring Gear" is listed under Standard equipment. If it is then someone got it and obviously it wasn't you.

According to my dealer the product you are talking about is sent 60-90 days after your vehicles purchase, from chrysler. It is a three pc. custom made luggage set.

There are dozens of threads about "luggage" and "Touring Gear". The search facility here on the forum is your friend!

Since you technically bought a used car, I suspect you will not get it since some level of Chrysler dealership intervention is required. But maybe you can track the history backwards and find the original selling dealer and if they didn't already submit for it perhaps they will help you out!

Yes. That's how I got mine.
