2004 rear tire wear
I have a 2004 crossfire the rear tires have wore from the inside to the outside, wore off tread on the inside leaving some tread on outside.I just was wondering what could cause such wear as I am replacing them with new tires and don`t want the same thing to happen.thanks for any help you can give me.

Do you carry heavy stuff in the rear all the time ?
Do you run the tires properly inflated ?
It sure sounds like the rear camber is waaaaaay off.
You have this : /---\
You don't want this : \---/
You want this : |---| within 1 to 1.5 degrees.

The rear suspension has some "built in" negative camber from the factory that make the tires wear that way.
About the only thing you can do is rotate the rear tires from one side to the other. but the tire needs to be removed from the rim. Then you reinstall the outward facing sidewall, to the inside of opposite wheel.
I think Rudy is making some adjustable "Links" that will allow the rear suspension to be "aligned".

it hasn`t been lowered,i don`t carry any thing heavy in back, and tires are inflated properly.how does the camber get fix to i take it to a front end alignment specialist?
You normally do not rotate tires on these cars, as most of the low profile wide tires are uni-directional, and the front wheels are 18" while the rears are 19".
To adjust the camber, you have to acquire some aftermarket camber adjustment links by searching threads here on the forum for "camber" or "lowering".
Most of the posts concern DIY, but you can take the adjustables to a competent alignment shop and have it done.

Some people will dismount the right rear tire from the rim, and remount it on the opposite side every 10k miles. Some people do it more often. If you can notice any uneven wear with the naked eye, then that would be a good time to swap sides.
Since most all the 19" tires I've seen are uni-directional, doing so will automatically put the tread (that's wearing down faster) on the outside of the tire, and the tire will then have the deeper tread on the inside of the rim. Thus giving the tire a chance to wear more evenly.
It will extend your tire life.

Yes, but they're kind of expensive. There are some cheaper options out there if you're handy but if you don't want to deal with making your own camber arms, the Kmacs are one of your only options. Unfortunately they're like $380
Very, very true
and you're not alone, my rears are wearing the same way.. Kmacs will probably be in my future as well, though moreso because I want to go lower

I installed the DIY Rear Camber arms outlined in another thread on this forum. They work great and Pep Boys will do the adjustment once they are installed for about $50. The camber arms cost me less than $100 from Speedway Motors.
I also have an 04 that was wearing on the inside edge. I think this is from the shock or spring wearing over time. As this happens the rear tends to "squat" as if it was lowered and the natural result would be wearing of the tire on the inside edge.
If it is time, change the rear shocks to see if that helps being the rear back into proper camber before changing to an adjustable camber kit.
Just a thought.
