Default Cigarette Lighter

If someone could check their interior at night ... is the bezel (trim) around the cigarette lighter illuminated? I thought it was. But it seems that mine does not. Thanks for any replies.

Well mine illuminates at night. Mind you in the dark dreary UK we need all the illumination we can get to try help us see some light at the end of the tunnel.

As per the horn and the mirrors, you probably have to have the car running.
Did you know that the radio will work without the key in the ignition..for a period of time that is.
And also the seats will operate without ignition.

What would we do without all this trivia?

... and the seats work with the doors open, but not with them shut.

The standing headlights will also continue to function without the car running & also when it is locked .... and with no warning alarm.
