If you have an '04 or an '05 Limited, the sticker should list a "Touring Gear" item under STANDARD EQUIPMENT/INTERIOR FEATURES (near the bottom of the left column). Currently, the promotion is for the Limited model only, not the base or the SRT-6.

I didnt receive the luggage in my 04 Crossfire I just bought new one month ago. I have emailed Chrysler.com and asked if I was suppose to have the luggage in my car. I just checked and I do have Touring Gear on my sticker. I really want the luggage. This forum is jam packed with wonderful information that all Crossfire Owners can use.

woowoo, I wouldn't start worrying yet. Some get the luggage in a month, for some it takes longer. I am coming up on eight weeks and I don't have mine yet. I won't start making phone calls for another two or three weeks.

HI leebea...i just called chrysler and i do qualify for the luggage. she gave me a telephone number to call and verify. The lady I spoke to told me I am in their system and they have some back orders that need to be filled and hopefully I will have my luggage by Christmas. She said that when you purchase your car that Chrysler sends the qualified buyers names and addresses to them on a spread sheet and they are the distributors for the luggage. yeahhhhhhhhhh i am so excited... I WOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN KNOWN ABOUT THE LUGGAGE IF IT WERENT FOR THIS FORUM!!!i read somewhere on a post that some guy got 35,000$ luggage and a free car . I was totally confused about the luggage because I was trying to buy it and found out that I couldnt and I was not told by my dealer I would get the luggage...so this is quite a happy surprise. my husband and i travel quite a bit so the luggage will be great. Thanks for helping me out. ONCE AGAIN YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

PJA,
I first called Chrysler at 1-800-992-1997 and spoke to customer service and they were so nice! The lady at Chrysler checked to see if my car qualified by the VIN number and I did ....Then she gave me this number 1-888-721-6016 ext 3057 and I spoke with a very friendly lady named Jerry and she said that there is a back order for the luggage and that they were expecting a shipment soon and If all goes well I should have my luggage by Christmas....She had all of my information and said that when you buy the car Chrysler sends a spread sheet to them and they fill it. They are an independent distributor. I was so glad I called because I didnt even know until today that the luggage was included with my car. So, maybe I will get the luggage for a Christmas present. Happy Holidays...

as to the quality of the luggage; after a year i am impressed. been using the small duffel, which is a copy of a 1930's era flight bag, as a flight bag. sometimes, with the headset, books and radio/gps etc, it gets pretty full. lot of rough use dragging it around and it is showing almost no wear. leather and seams holding up nicely.

funny thing about that bag design. it isn't very big till you undo the ends and then it just becomes huge.

very good.

I agree. Use it, have fun and worry about the repairs, if any are need, later. It is the best looking set I have seen in a long time.

I wasn't going to bother calling for a couple of weeks to check the status of my luggage (and I'm not going anywhere soon to use it), but maybe I'll call on Friday since we have the number.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone,

Talking Re: Anyone used the luggage?

WOOOWOOO...The door bell just rang and my luggage was just delivered.....It has been a great week. I got my luggage tonight, my personalized tag last night, and It is a 3 day work week for me...and the luggage came in time to go to the North Carolina Mountains to visit my family. I also walked outside of my office and a black Crossfire was parked beside me. How cool is that?..I am thankful for many things and I hope that you have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Now I know I'm going to call on Friday. Woowoo, you've had your Xfire a month and I've had mine two months. Congratulations! I'm glad you received it; I just want to make sure mine didn't "fall thru the cracks".
Again, have a Happy and relaxing Thanksgiving.

Thanks for the phone numbers Woowoo. I just called Jerry and, guess what, mine DID "fall thru the cracks". Jerry couldn't find me on the list and so has to go back to Chrysler for their authorization. Thanks again.

Just received my luggage, 5 weeks after I got ny 05 Roadster. All I can say is that I am impressed with the quality of the luggage. It should be able to handle most abuse with no visable damage. I was about to call and check on the status of the delivery, but the next day it arrived!
