Default Grommet for passenger side wiper

Hi all! Question is there suppose to be a grommet for the hole that the the wiper shaft protrudes through ( the plastic cowl shield ) also was there suppose to be plastic caps on the nuts holding the wiper arms to the shafts.
Thanks

Cheaper to get the cap and grommet (isolator) from your local Chrysler dealer.
Isolator part number and install.
05101489AA, CAP, C$5.10
05101283AA, Isolator, C$7.00

No. Apparently the supplier either had incorrect measurements or just simply screwed it up.
Seems the decision was made ( no doubt for cost reasons ) to just use them and not install the DS grommet.
You will have to mark a circle around the wiper shaft, then remove the cowl and Dremel it out.

Dremel? An X-ACTO knife works just fine, it is just plastic.

On my car the grommet (isolator) was missing from the drivers side. The hole was out of alignment, so they left it off, I recut the hole and fitted the isolator.

Well I have no problem leaving my nuts exposed when the car is in the garage, but I think it only proper to have your nuts covered up when one is out in public I do think even it was a very minor screw up! I will go ahead and install the ps grommet along with the nut covers. I was looking at the needwings site and could not see the aluminum bolts that hold down the little egr rocker cover.
Is every one just using stainless hardware , I plan on using studs if I can find the right bolt and die.
Cheers

The nut caps may be available from a windshield supplier, too. One of mine was missing when I had my windshield replaced, and they put one on for free.
