In 50 years of driving, I’ve only been stranded once;
Same for me, but 55 years. I was driving from Denver, CO to Montgomery, AL in 1968 in an Opel Cadet Rallye Coupe and 16 miles from home the spring for the distributor points decided to break. Only time I've ever been stranded.
