Check the similarities between the 2002 Dodge Razor (roof slant) and the 2003 Chrysler Airflite (front end) concepts and our current production Xfire Coupe.
Note there is no Xfire concept in these pictures; was that in 2001???????

Guys, this "Firepower" concept is not supposed to be a replacement for the Crossfire. Is is supposed to be placed above the Crossfire, and below the ME-412 if it makes it into production. It is also supposedly going to be priced any between $65,000-$80,000!!

I feel we all know this is NOT the Crossfire replacement.......it's obvious that it would have to cost lots more more $$!!! I would think its position would be between SRT6 and VIPER!!
The ME12 will be a six digit car that Jay Leno and Donald Trump only can afford!!
But, it still stands that the design has MANY references to the Crossfire and that we are pacesetters none the less!!

Well REDCROSS, you are the one who first said that the firepower could be the Crossfire replacement, which led me to believe you do honestly think that it is the replacement for the Crossfire.
On the other hand, my remarks on the placement of the Firepower in the Chrysler range was simply based on what a magazine said it would be placed in if it does go into production.

You are 100% correct. I had never seen anything on this concept drawing before and figured I would throw out a thought provoking question.

That is totally a cool car! I guess that's what it takes to put a hemi in a Crossfire. Change the car completely! It WOULD look awesome as a convertible(along with cooled seats, of coarse). And looks worth $65-80K. The Caddy's sportscar is that much, and I would dish out the money for the Chrysler way before I bought one of those!

3 years from concept to production = 2008 (just when my XF deal expires).

Who is going to be the first FPI (FirePower International) member?

I saw this car in my latest subscription of Motor Trend and it says it will be equipped with the 6.1 liter Hemi V8. It will ride similar to an Aston Martin in handling and feel. 19" in the front & 20" in the rear.Brembo's all around. It will sit on a Viper Chassis. Just some info.
