Europen Side mirror lenses

Default Europen Side mirror lenses
How do the European side mirror lenses look? Are they blue tinted? Do they have blind spot part? They have a dotted lines to separate the blind spot.

drivers mirror has the blind spot bit with dotted line, not sure about the tint will check
