I use Direct Line. What you will find though is that no one will offer you a good low excess. My excess is £450!

Another one to try is Bell Direct.

I'm with Direct Line. Cost is about £500 per year with a £150 excess and full no claims discount. Saved £20 adding the wife as a driver to the policy (but she doesn't get to drive the car for real!!!). Incidentally, the insurance for the Voyager is £535 per year with a £150 excess.

Gee english, you got the car on your anniversary and you don't even let your wife drive it?!?!

Hope you bought her some flowers with the 20 she saved you!

I think I'm paying about £650 a year for mine, but then I'm younger than you lot at only 28 ! I do have full 5+ years no claims and this is protected.

If you are interested in my car which is for sale let me know.

Does that mean your wife is having a baby? 1st one? Congratulations, it that's the case.

You know, when my kids were babies and they were cranky, I would take them for a ride in the car and they would fall asleep. I think you should still get a Crossfire and help out your wife by taking the baby for a ride in it while at the same time, giving your wife a much needed break. It's a win win situation!

We're with Elephant insurance. £680 a year in wife's name with me as a driver (I had a bump in the last car). £450 Excess. Reasonable service from them.

Liverpool Victoria were the best for me. Then Chrysler Jeep insurance, then the rest.
