Can anybody help me to order it in the USA? Here in Germany they want 450 bugs for the cover and that is crazy. I have PayPal, Credit Card and a US bank account. Maybe anybody can help me to order it. Thanks again.

If anybody wants to make money on them then list the cover on German eBay for less then the price I tell you I think a lot of guys in Germany want that cover but not for that price.

Thanks

Steffen

Steffen: Guten tag from Cleveland, Ohio. I believe you can also buy the Crossfire retractable trunk cover in Germany for 234 Euro. Visit this website: www.vmaxx.de. They sell a wide range of Crossfire accessories including a trunk cover identical to the cover in your photo. Vmaxx was an exhibitor at the Automechanika trade show in Frankfurt last October. I bought a cover kit from them at the show before I realized I could buy one from my local Xfire dealer! It took a friend and me about two hours to install -- the only problem is the roller inside the box rattles over bumps. Hopefully, yours won't rattle. But you are right there and you can return it or have them make it right! Good luck. Nick

Rattling cargo area cover

Good point re adjusting or tightening. I would have to remove the roller box and then take it apart to get inside. This involves taking the ends off the box. I'm reluctant to do so because, once apart, it might not be possible to get the spring, roller etc. back togther properly. I've emailed vmaxx several times re the rattling but so far no response.

take it the dealer and let them break it and replace it and/or fix it.
