The S & W swith is for the transmission

S: Standard Transmission Mode Keep it there for regular driving

W: Winter Transmission Mode - This is selected when the roads are real slippery like ice or snow or heavy rain and what it does is that is starts the car automatically in 2nd gear to give you better traction and when in the W Mode if you select reverse it reverses the car in a 2nd reverse gear to again assist with better traction backing up

To adjust the left and right rearview mirrors there is a joystick (Black Rotary ****) on the center console just in front of the cupholder you turn it to the left to select the left rearview mirror and move it around while to adjust the mirror and vice versa for the right mirror by turning the switch towards the right.

The one with the hook is for your tow away alarm. It automatically is always on. When you turn your car off and lock it it's automatically activated. Look through the window and you should see a red light on the switch blinking. What this does is in the event your car is lifted while locked and closed from either the front or rear end the alarm will sound Letting you know your car is being towed. There is a way to turn this off. You push the button towards the off position and it will blink once then lock your car and look through the window the light should not blink that means the anti-tow alarm is off. Remember to turn this feature off when the car is being towed by someone you're aware of or the alarm will sound.

The S is the Standar Mode that's where it should always be, the W is just for Winter or slippery conditions.
