Electric DIVERS SEAT
It is a fault.
The problem is some diodes in the seat relay assembly.
Use search, I know I read about it and as I recall onehundred90 did the article.

I should have mentioned that diodes allow current to flow through them in only one direction, my diode did not allow any current through in any direction but the other diode was fine. You must solder the new diode in the correct orientation. The diodes are marked with a band on the end.
