Default Anyone have radio problems?

Sometimes the radio won't come on, yet the CD player still plays. It's almost like there is no antenna connection. Anyone else?

I just had a new radio put in and I am experiencing the same problems. I thought it may be due to the cold weather, but with you being in Texas, I'm guessing that's not the case. I don't think has to do with reception for me because the name of the station appears on the display, it' just that there's no sound. I'll have to schedule an appointement to get it looked at. If you hear anything, please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks, that's exactly what this one does, the station name appears, just no sound, but the CD will still play.

Actually, Chrysler just replaced my radio for the same thing. When I would start the car in the morning the radio would "flash" like 5-10 times before any sound would come out, but the CD would work. After having it in the shop 3 times.........the replaced it and everything has been fine this week.

I know this thing. Happened to me twice but worked properly after restart like you said.
There's kind of error in the device software. If you turn the key without starting the engine all electronics including the radio is on. In this state you can switch off the radio manually by pushing the ON/OFF button. If you then start the motor the radio won't play doesn't matter what buttons you try to push, it will only show *CHRYSLER* on the display. You have to shut off and restart the engine (I hope you understand my explanation).

The problem rajunz described seems to be something else ... sorry, no idea.
