Default 2004 Rebate or Dealer Cash ?

Wife wants a Crossfire BAD. How much is the customer cash rebate and/or dealer cash incentive on the 2004's? There are several left at the dealers in my part of the country. I just need to know the incentive info on the 2004's before I make a offer. THANKS

Exactly how are the dealers taking so much off the MSRP. I know right now there is $4K in dealer cash, but what other discounts are there? The dealership down the street from me quoated me $27K for an 04 6-Speed, and that was after Green Slip!!!

Does anyone know what is being done to get the price so low on the left over '04s?

They need to get them off the lots! It's similar with other '04 models.

they are taking a loss on them to get rid of them, we are going to have 06 models coming soon and they are paying interest on those 04's everyday . it's like playing the stock market ,there comes a time when you just have to cut your losses and get rid of your old inventory at a loss.

Ok, my next question is what should I offer the dealership for their left over '04? Also, is there any significant differences between the '04s and '05s? Finally, should I wait and try to get a big discount on an '05 since the '06s aren't too far down the road?

Sorry for all the newbie questions, I just want to make sure I do the right thing...

the dealer will take at least a 3k hit to get rid of it ,so if the dealer cash is 5k in the us you should be able to get it for 8k below factory invoice (there net cost) or maybe even 9k.the o4 is exactly the same car as the o5 limited model. i don't think you will see this kind of discount's on 05's until late fall or ever.

if you can buy one for 24 BUY IT! the dealer is taking a 7k hit at that price. that's a steal for that car.

Jim, Where is your dealership? I would be willing to travel a good distance for that good of a deal. Also, is there any 6-Speed Graphite w/ Cedar Interiors left?

The dealer here in ventura has a Graphite with cedar, but it's a six speed.
