Red face My 2004 crossfire

My car is blowing cold air all the time ,how can i fix this ..please help

HI ,I have just bought the car AND THE HEATER DOES NOT WARM UP WHEN TURN ON, it always blows cold air and its winter time here in the UK

See what happens if you unplug the connector to the heater valves.
( they are the 2 round things with the 1 inch hose connected to them )
