Resonator delete

Is there anyway you can get around a NY inspection. Could I take out the sensor so it doesn't throw codes or just clear them before I go in to the shop. I really dont want to pay extra for an inspection to pass it

That is considered a temporary failure and they give you 30 days to come up with any repair that will show a green light on just about all OBD readers.
