I am trying to wire the installed seats in the car i bought 4 month ago.

But i need a little guidence to sort it out.

I have taken some photos from both passanger side and driver side of the wiring that is loose.

Here is photo of driver side:

The one with 4 cables comes from the car under the carpet. And the 8 cables is coming from car seat. The 4 smaller cables matches the 4 small cables coming from driver seat.

This is coming from the car seat.

Same wires as above. Just to see colours of cable.

This is coming from under carpet and is connected to car seat. Dont know it is connected right????

With heater buttons. Dont know if it is original or not?


Also the window motor and door lock mechanism dont work. Dont know if it is beacuse the ECU is missing? Because i have radio working. Lights are working. Wipernis working. And so on.

 

Ok. Ive figured out which is the power to the seats . It is the red/green and brown wire.

I also connected all the smaller wires.

I only have 2 wires left i dont know where to connect or what they are used for.

The red/green is for seat motor. And there is one black and brown left. What are they for and where to connect???

 

Have you studied the wiring diagrams for this car? They are available on this site. Look at my sig in red. “Index of .... “ and look for the Crossfire Documentation heading.

 

Thank you for replying. I have tried studi it. But it is really messy for me. I am not so good at reading wirings. Thays why i need a little help with this las one. And where to connect it. The rest i have already figured out.

 

I believe they are for the seat belt switch.

Both seats have this cables.
One i black and purple
Other i brown

 

Found this wiring schematics. Think it is the right one. And the cables are for the heater.




I need to wire blavk/purple to the heater controller behind dashboar i think.

Can i then just ground the brown?? Or do it also need to be connected to the heayer console behind dash??
