Electrical issues?
Have a 2006 coupe, manual, 61,000 miles, original owner in Mamaroneck, NY. Anyone heard of electric seats working then not working! When it does work it’s only for a few seconds. Also thought the blower motor was bad so got one from auto salvage thinking that was the answer but that goes off and on at will. That’s where it all started first. At times it even seems to blow stronger then less. Alarm was going off in middle of night then it started to go off when driving so pulled the fuse, Have not had the “not starting” issue & hope not to. Anyone have any ideas to help or guide? Local Mercedes doesn’t want to touch it & local Chrysler doesn’t have a “class A” mechanic. Much appreciated if anyone can help.
All pretty common problems :
Seat - try replacing the seat relay.
Fan speed - try the control module connector repair first, then replace the fan resister board if the other didn't work.
Siren - batteries are NiCAD's they deteriorate and spit and leak all over the circuit board after some years - replace with a new module.
and :
do the sticky key fix
do the RCM resolder
replace the CPS sensor with a new Bosch one
welcome to the forum !

Where should I look for these parts to purchase and what is the "sticky key fix? I am able to find a camshaft position sensor on amazon which says to fit mercedes slk320 and the Bosch crankshaft position sensor on amazon also. Where is the seat relay? For the fan speed you mention a resister board is that something that can be purchased? Sorry for all the questions, trying to get all the parts to have someone install as we can't do it ourselves. Your help is very much appreciated.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!

Tell me about it!😩 but maybe if I got the parts at least someone wouldn’t have to go look for it. U might be even lucky to get a friend to do it for us, thanks again! Glad I found this forum. Regarding the seat is it possible for both seats to stop working? Most of the time it doesn’t work but once in a while upon startup it does for a few minutes.

Regarding this seat relay, would that take care of BOTH seats? Also, would the battery have anything to do with these issues? I'm just trying to figure all these things out. Thanks so much for the help. Of course, now the headliner is falling down
Check fuses #21 & #22 .. right & left seat adjustment.
blower motor affected and RFID (skreem -- Start/No Start) is fuse #37
