Hi Guys,

Just gathering interest here I have recently purchased my 2007 Crossfire LTD here in the UK as a track car build and I wondered if anybody in the United Kingdom has done the V8 swap?
If so what motor was used how hard is the conversion and what is needed other than engine and transmission? I know from years ago I needed to swap ECU Interior and exterior looms etc and have new keys coded So with this being said how difficult is the Crossfire V8 Swap?

As I think this would make an epic race car with a bigger lump

 

There are many posts about V8 builds. Personally I would go with the m113k engine swap. Supercharged V8 490HP and up depending on the year. The search bar will be your best friend on this endeavor. Good luck mate.
