Default Help - Need to Replace Alarm Siren

Any Crossfire owners in the San Francisco Bay Area that can recommend someone to replace the siren alarm on my 2004 Coupe. My Dealership won't do it as they no longer do repairs on the Crossfire. I have the Mercedes-Benz part but I not mechanical and don't have the tools. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Search Alarm Chirp in the search function. It will show you how to do it. Do you have the part number by chance? I can tell you if it will beep or not when locking/unlocking the doors as well.

I'm sure that Rich at Continental Motors in Sunnyvale can do it for you.

You can do it yourself, but you need a puller to remove the wiper arms.

I put in the alarm with the last four digits 53 26 and it only beeps when unlocking. Trying to figure out if I did something wrong when installing it and how to rectify it.

Find outwhatthe terminals on the siren are and test the siren with 12v on each circuit.
Is it a new or used part?

It is a used part but was guaranteed it beeped by the eBay seller. He refunded the money so that was cool. If I can find out a way to get it to work I will send him the money for it.
