Default '05 xfire now a rescue vehicle!

Anyone that has been following my several postings will find this just one more problem to be resolved. I bought this '05 Xfire about 6 weeks ago and have has sooooo many problems trying to get it on the road being dependable. That being said, the car really runs sweet with 11k miles. Here is a list of my other problems still being dealt with.

1. Intermittent "no start" SKREEM (Sending to MSS when I get a chance to remove)
2. Drivers side catalytic converter factory weld has split about 6"
3. Passenger side headlight won't adjust properly
4. The airfoil wing needs painting
5. Radio needs replacing and works sometimes
6. Bad curb rash on all four wheels
7. Seat relay needed replacing and now works fine (replaced)
8. Broken dash bezel had to be epoxy back together (done)
9. Steering damper worn out. (replaced)
10. Rear tires dry rotted (replaced)
11. Splash shield missing and will be bad on exposed alternater

Did a code dump today and the "Check Engine" light is the Oxy Sensor. Deleted all the codes and starting a fresh code storing history based on my ownership and not former owners.

A Crossfire with only 11,000 miles has all these issues?

Is your intermittent issue actually the skreem module or do you just need a new RCM or fix your RCM by soldering the three joints that are notorious for going cold as well as clean up the relays. Intermittent stars can also be caused by the Crank Positioning Sensor. Both are well documented and well known issues.
I guess the rest of the issues are more on the cosmetic side. Are you adjusting the headlight correctly? Is the bulb aligned properly?

Don't know but I suspect the one just after the first cat as it is cracked and leaking exhaust. I have found another and is enroute to me for installation.

In Massachusetts if your vehicle is over 15 yrs old you don’t need an emission test to pass ghe state inspection , I’m going to pick a way and replace all 4 when the weather warms up

Same here in Florida. Got the cat fixed and light still on. Just the same I'd like it to work as designed. I think there are at least four sensors. Is there a way to clean the oxy sensors? I'd guess sensors are probably approximately about $60 each. "Otherwise" some black tape over the Check Engine light could fix that!

nope. O2 sensors cannot be cleaned , replaced is the option. The old ones did last pretty long. So I would replace and get another 10-15 years out of em 😎

There's one on each exhaust manifold and one on each of the catalytic converters.
