Default fog light condensation

Recently the right fog light fogged up and the bulb went as well. Maybe it is designed similar to the headlights to be vented and with-out the heat from the bulb it fogs? Is it a projector style bulb like headlights? I don't think it is but why the fog all of a sudden?

Actually, it fogged up while parked while the left side did not. Therefore, i guess the heat from the bulb should not affect this condition.

I did check archives but discussions were only as it relates to headlight condensation.

No condensation here. Or at least never noticed. But will keep an eye on it.
