Byron Speedway
I was at the Byron speedway on Saturday they had spectator races. I got smoked by a Grand Prix GTP. Very disappointed. I traded my ‘04 Grand Prix GTP for my Crossfire. But I guess if I wanted to go fast I should have got the SRT-6. I was running 13.5 with the GTP and ran 15.1 with the Crossfire. I want to do better next year. I did beat a Mustang v6 by .5 sec.

I agree I could take all them on a road course. I didn't like the cornering I got from continental tires they would slide around corners. I did post a thread about it. Well today found out why, the dealer only had 20 psi in them. Why would they do that? Now i don't slide out. Its crazy how much of a difference it made. But now I just have to deal with my friend and his Mustang club making fun of me for only beating a v6 Mustang and not any of the v8's. With my Grand Prix GTP I was faster then all of them that didn't have NOS. Oh well gotta loose something for style and class.
