I think the guy who started this thread works at the dealership he is plugging...
I always hear about these unbelievably amazing deals, but I never actually see them. Where can I get a brand new XF for 24k? I am not being sarcastic, I'm serious, I would but one tomorrow but I never find any good deals in California. I honestly can never find any that cheap. Maybe California dealers think they can still sell these cars? Where do you find these deals on brand new cars being $24k - if this is true, thats insane!!! PS I would like to buy one at that price asap.
28k is the lowest i've ever seen on a Brand New Crossfire. I've searched eBay, Cars, Autotrader, Automotive, Carmax - all of them.
Can somebody please link me to one of these amazing deals???

These xfires for under 25K new...non-premiums? No cloth, trim around the windshield, ect.?
Still cheap/a lot of car for the money, but I can't imagine those cars would have nearly the resale a one with leather would have.
My friend just moved to L.A. and a dealer said they could sell him a brand new one for either 23 or 24K, but it was a non-premium.

Slaps76, 10 months ago I purchased our brand new 2004 Limited 6 spd. for less than 25K off EBAY, and 3 weeks before I got it, the dealer sold another one for 2K less than I paid for mine. That's why I think if you shop around on the net, there are deals to be had. I don't see why sometime after the 1st. of the year (when business is really slow) in the Northern states, or maybe even December when the Christmas slow down hits, great deals just may be found on some new 05's. It wouldn't surprise me if there aren't some new 04's still on the lots too. The key is to shop the internet diligently every day, and it wouldn't hurt to visit your local dealers as well.
As I've said before in previous posts, "If you're shopping for any kind of sports car, not just a Crossfire, shop where the ground is "white" for 3 or 4 months out of the year". The dealers in those locations are usually much more receptive to offers on cars that seldom move out the door until spring. Good hunting, and don't get discouraged if it takes a little while. The money you save will make it all worth while.

I think we are getting cars mixed up. I can see a standard going for 24K. A limited averages about 29K.

I bought it in July of 2005 it had 50 miles on it. The build date is 1-04 I got it down to 23k then traded a 95 Saturn sc2 in on it which they gave me 3k for bringing the price down to 20k plus tax and tags.
I had a hard time believing it myself, I had to show my wife the paperwork because she thought I was lying to keep from getting pissed at me.
I was in the right place at the right time I guess. Also I stuck to my guns as this was all I could spend, it was actually a little more than was in my budget as I recently got the wife a car.

Notice my earlier post says 25k out the door this was including tax, tags, finance insurance and my first two months of car insurance...
The dealers were dealing on everything at the time as the economy was crap. Like I said, right place right time.

In Orlando, Fl. Greenway Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, I paid $19,200 for my "Base Crossfire", 12 miles on the car. I had to give up my '05 Dodge Ram, Rumble Bee Edition, Man I miss that beast! But getting 11 mpg was the downfall. Anyways, in the end, I still made profit off of selling my truck to get my Crossfire, I bought the car last month.
