where can i find cheap body parts
does any one know where i can find cheap replacement body parts (like the bumpers) in the los angeles area? please god let me know. some jack as* hit my car from behind and pushed it into a pole. now i'm on a hunt.
You wouldn't happen to be a studio photographer would you? If so, hello from Derek... Sorry to hear about your mishap if you are the same guy who was doing stills work at WB with us... The best place to get OEM parts I've found is: http://www.newmoparparts.com/
Otherwise just order them from the dealer and I can hook you up with a body shop in North Hollywood that will give you a good deal on the install and paint...
Julian's Auto Body on Lankersheim Blvd. NH... Tell him the "black" Crossfire sent you... LOL... He painted the new SRT6 front fascia that I installed on my Limited... All of the body parts come unpainted...

If you need any info on the car in the future, don't hesitate to ask... We've been doing this for a few years now...

Stevenjames, sorry to hear about your mishap. If you go to ebay, punch up Chrysler Crossfire parts and accessories. After you get on the site, scroll down until you see a pair of grey seats. Click on it, and that will put you into the LKQ wed site. LKQ is the largest salvage supply co. in the U.S. I believe they have over 40 yards nation wide. If they don't have what you are looking for, then you will probably have to buy new from the dealer. Good Luck!
I just checked their site. From what I got out of their statement below is they don't deal with the general public.
"LKQ Corporation is the world's premier supplier of recycled OEM automotive parts and assemblies, serving tens of thousands of collision-repair businesses,
mechanical service shops and vehicle dealerships throughout the United States."
Keep us posted.

The bumper has a few gashes in the bottom but hardly noticeable. It won't come with the grills since I used it in my SRT-6 bumper. I'll post some pix and will check how much the exact mailing for it. PM me again. Thanks!
