Saw this on ebay.

I like the look, at least on the black model it should look hot, i got a black model and think it would look nice.

Have to agree, I think the taillights looked really good on black vehicle, but, did you notice the line in the description that said: "for off road and show cars only in most states".

IMHO, that's just a disclaimer that nobody pays attention to and is rarely enforced.

...having owned a Ranger with smoked tails and headlamps , IMO it is not worth the decrease in lighting performance. Smoked headlamps and tails might look cool, but the trouble is, you'll have to live with them too. Getting a ticket is a minor inconvenience compared to the kind of damage that can be caused if you cannot see where you are going at night.

i think the lighter tint looks much better, but i still prefer them stock. i've seen cars around with lights like that though, and i've noticed how much darker the lights are at night. even if i liked the looks of them, i don't think it's worth it.

I have mine with a 38% tint they are not that bad at night. I wouldn't get them any darker than 38% that's when you will run into problems.

IMO the lighter 38% tint looks much better than the darker tint. Good combination of looks and function. It protects the plastic lens as well. GREAT IDEA!
