What Types of Rentals Do You Get
Just curious what you get put in when your Crossfire is in the shop. My dealer has a fleet of PT Cruisers, and when they run out of those they sub out to Advantage Rent a Car. Two trips ago they were out and the punk from Advantage shows up with a PT and acts like he's doing me a F-ing favor ("usually we go up to 30 such and such dollars, etc. but we're out of those so I'll put you in the Cruiser for no extra charge"). My response was simply that he could put me in a Cadillac for all I care since I wasn't paying.
I guess a Cruiser is fine, but I wouldn't mind getting in a Pacifica or I guess I would even prefer a Sebring.

2 month ago my XF was in for the first A-Service. I got a Honda Accord 2.2 CDI for $30/day. I was surprised I didn't get a PT. That's what I always got when I used to own one too.
My dealer sends me across the street to Enterprise.
I've had:
Chevy Tahoe
Nissan Quest
Infinity FX35
Chrysler 300M
Pontiac Venture
Chevy Colorado

My dealer also uses Enterprise. They come to the dealership to pick you up and bring you back when you return their rental. I have used them twice. Got a Ford Taurus and a Nissan Sentra.

When I brought mine in I got a used GM product that was dirty and dented. It was such a piece of junk I left it in the driveway and drove my work car.
1) new kia suv (500 miles)
2) new g6 (26 miles)
enterprise rental...i always ask for the newest car on their lot.
i have been happy so far!

My dealer has the same policy whereas they use Enterprise and put you in a Chrysler. I have taken my Xfire in twice for minor stuff and got Enterprise to give me a MBZ since the Xfire is 75% MBZ. On both occasions they called the dealer and they approved the MBZ.

I've need a rental once, and they gave me an f'n dodge caravan, which would be fine if I had a need for it or a family. But when your 20 the last thing you want to drive is a minivan. My parents have a t&c. It was weird having two identical vans with same color and all. same options an everything. I had to drive this thing for a week. What a waste of $$$. All i paid for was gas though (and a weeks worth of car payments with no car).
My dealership goes with enterprise and I have had a jeep grand cherokee and a dodge stratus. I was asked how the stratus worked over for me and I told them it was a car and the little punk from behind the counter told his co worker I was complaining because I was spoiled with the jeep the last time. Yeah the jeep was nice but it's not a crossfire.
I got robbed. I went to drop my car off on Monday and they told me that they were to busy to look at it and to bring it back again tomorrow. When I showed up the next day, they told me that I was ineligible for a rental car because the factory warranty only covers 1st day rental, and they filed the paperwork for Monday. Nevertheless, I guess to answer your question, none.
I got a car from my dealership, it was a used car, cannot recall the model or make, I think maybe it was something that was just setting around on the used car lot side, I parked it in my driveway and drove around in my Geo Tracker (hunting truck painted flat black/brown with deer horns hanging down from the rear view mirror and large letters on the rear hatch glass spelling out the word Coors), I was so happy to get my Crossfire back. The very 1st time I took the Crossfire back to the dealership I got no car, and my Crossfire was down for an entire week. I guess my big problem is I'm dealing with a "See If We Care" dealership, or is it a "Five Star" dealership? No matter to get any service your reaching for the stars.

The dealer used the local enterprise which attempted to give me a dirty mazda 3, after complaining and having to get back to class, I took the Big Blue Bus back to UCLA.

When i was going through the lemon law with my base coupe, i needed a rental every weekend. It was absurd. I was paying for a darn XFire to be driving Pacifica's and Dakota's??? I'm glad they lemon'd that darn car and gave me a replacement.
