What Types of Rentals Do You Get
I don't think rentals are for one day only. I took my Crossfire in because the dome light would not go out when the passenger door was closed. Turned out to be a faulty sensor. Took six days to get a replacement. I had an Enterprise Ford Taurus the whole time. BTW, they did say I could just bring the Crossfire back when they got the sensor, but I figured they would try harder when it was costing them $30.00 per day for the rental.

they gave me a 300m, i was like wtf. i want a 300c or something worth driving! they had to change my clutch after 600 miles, it blew on i95 one night. they said, i was doing burn outs darn dealers, but the didn't charge me. they said, it might of been not installed right from the factory or something. oh and they gave me no gas. i looked at the guy like where's my gas, he was like fill it up. i was like huh kiss my what you better fill it up! now, the gas light was on, and it was when gas was like 4 bucks almost, i told him i just got the car i can return it, its with in my limit for return still.

I got a convertible Crossfire as a loaner. I took my car in for replacement of a cupholder and an ashtray and they kept my car for 4 days. My dealer is now loaning out Crossfire's as loaners to Crossfire owners. That's a big improvement over a PT Cruiser or a Neon.
BTW hated the convertible Xfire, horrible wind noise with the top up and horrible blind spots with the top up. I just drove it the entire 4 days with the top down. I still wouldn't trade my coupe for a convertible.

Two trips ago they were out and the punk from Advantage shows up with a PT and acts like he's doing me a F-ing favor ("usually we go up to 30 such and such dollars, etc. but we're out of those so I'll put you in the Cruiser for no extra charge"). My response was simply that he could put me in a Cadillac for all I care since I wasn't paying.
I guess a Cruiser is fine, but I wouldn't mind getting in a Pacifica or I guess I would even prefer a Sebring.

In my case I hit a chunk of concrete and damaged a wheel. They had the car until an adjuster came out, looked at it, and authorized replacement. Nothing wrong with the car itself.

Mine is in for a transmission fluid leak. They gave me a Magnum to drive. It is the plain jane version but with leather seats. Was surprised by the pinched view out the front window. Made me feel right at home. With over 2 years in the Crossfire a big car now feels like driving a small building but only slightly more responsive.
Yesterday I took the Limited Roadster in for the fan recall and first oil change. Had to leave it all day, because their Crossfire Tech had a Dentist appointment. So they handed me the keys to an '05 Graphite Grey Crossfire SRT6. My dealer said that as long as they have an Xfire on their lot it will be my loaner.
I paid more at purchase than a lot of you did, but so far my dealer has bent over backward to keep me happy.

Gold Sebring convertible when I blew out a rear tire on a lovely metal plate in Baltimore, also took the opportunity to get my first oil change (took 3 days for the tire).
Brand new Honda Accord sedan on another oil change, and something crappy on another oil change because they were literally out of rental cars.
Most recently, a black w/ trim PT Cruiser during an alignment.

Mine was in today for the fan recall and 1st oil change. They lent me a new PT Cruiser. Man did they ever screw up the inside of that car! I had an '01 Ltd Edition and a '03 GT. Both had the classic looking PT dash. They have squared everything off and made it plane ugly looking. Still a tight little car but I'm glad to have my Crossfire back. I hate putting a car in the dealership for anything. I made the service guy walk around the car to see there were no dings scratches etc. I figure if they can do it to you when they lend you a car I can do it to them. Needless to say the guy had something smart to say.

My dealer never has rentals available when I bring the Jeep in, but they are required to give me one when the Crossfire goes in, so they use Enterprise. I got some dorky mini van...drove it home and drove the Jeep while crossfire was being repaired.
The enterprise guy told me that because my car was a chrysler they were required to give me a chrysler as a loaner...but to give me a mini van when I drive a sports car...come on guys should be equal loaning!

Set up my recall appointment first of morning so my husband could wait for the car. Unfortunately, the Crossfire technician had a doctor's appointment and did not get in until 12 noon. Needless to say, my husband had to leave as he is a 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. shift guy. Needed to get some rest.
He was provided with a Sebring that stunk like an ashtray!
Prior rentals were a gutless Sebring when I took my car back in for a "wheel & tire swap" when I first got it. They scratched the rims on the car, so back it went for another replacement set. My husband got a convertible PT cruiser that time. I'm sure the salesman demanded this since the service team screwed up my rims by sending the car the quick change team rather than to the Crossfire tech.

Mine was in for the transmission fluid leak and to have a circuit board replaced for the overhead light. They sent me down to the Enterprise and I got an expedition.
i dropped my crossfire off tonight for some small warranty work...
new policy... the enterprise rental car company must provide a chrysler product (mention above as well). i was given an '06 jeep liberty renegade 3.7 liter with awd. not bad looking on the exterior but cheap inside & waaay under powered.
