I had my front brakes off the car and couldn't make it to the track this weekend... I'll get there as soon as I get the new brakes installed... It's a two hour drive... But they are the best and cheapest $45 to get a dyno run... The place is a race shop called "7's Only" at Buttonwillow Raceway... I bet you can guess what kind of cars they specialize in... LOL

 

...gotta break a few eggs to make an omelet. And, at least we don't have to take their word for it, when they post those NHTSA crash test ratings!

 

I once ran a low 9 second pass on a Harley drag bike. It darn near drained all the blood out of my head. I can only imagine what a 7 second run must feel like. Where do I sign up?

 

Sorry BOBS... You misunderstood... It's Mazda RX7's... You gotta remember buddy I do road courses and have for 20+ years... The only time I've been on a drag strip is when I used to do some freelance camera work for the NHRA... And of course they stuck the new kid at the starting line to be pelted by flying rubber and knocked out by the fumes of nitromethane...

 

Oops. I saw 7's and I assumed that Buttonwillow had a drag strip. That nitro kinda does sting the eyes doesn't it?

see this is funny cause i believe i have had more experience in wrecking crossfires than anyone out there... once from the drivers seat once from the passenger, and not once did my airbag deploy and neither time did the drivers side deploy... why do the dummies get the special treatmeant but the humans dont?!?!?!?!?!?!

 

Once you've taken your first jump you'll have to give us a comparison.

I recommend a 12 ounce counterweight in the opposite hand.

 

cant go to jump school due to being reserves... kinda sucks tried to work several angles but they just wont let me, so no comparison, although my right leg is still pretty sore from the second wreck, so as a comparison being the passenger is worse lol.

 

I think the best ever test crash has to be M.B's other division that is now selling in USA, we've had them in Canada for a few years now WOW
