Thumbs up Click going into Reverse

Hey anyone out there hearing a loud click from underneath the car when you first put the Autostick transmission into reverse. I hear this on my Roadster with the non turbo motor. Just curious. Thanks for any replies...

You know, I seem to remember that happening occasionally when mine was new (I got it in June or July of '04), but it just went away by itself. I never took it in or anything. Thought maybe it just broke in or something. I would just keep an eye on it, maybe yours will do the same thing. No one here likes taking their Crossfires into the dealerships for something unknown.

The same here. I also think that I heard it sometimes. I never paid too much attention to it. Because it's an AT and the clutches and gears may produce some kind of Click when changing from D to R.

Like MI Roadster wrote, keep an eye on it. If you hear it every time, take it to the dealer.
