Gentlemen,
Unfortunately due to an emergency at work Brenda & I will not be able to attend the cruise. I am sooo... sorry for this last minute withdrawal but some things are just simply out of our control. I hope everyone enjoys themselves and know that we wish we were there with you all. Hope this doesn't upset too many and hope to talk too and possibly meet more of you in the very near future.

~ 22 of us are going to the Woodward Dream Cruise on Saturday. Many will be there Friday night as well. Some out of towners are staying at the Marriott Courtyard @ Auburn Hills. We have reserved parking at a church in Ferndale and reservations at the Moose Preserve in Bloomfield Hills Saturday evening.
Are you interested in joining us?

Am I remembering this right?

Friday evening - meet up at the hotel for dinner somewhere at ??? time
Saturday morning - meet up for breakfast at the hotel at ??? time
Saturday day - cruise use the lot at the church to meet, relax and watch from
Saturday evening - 5:30 pm Moose Preserve for dinner whole group 45-59 people

Someone fill this in please.

Friday night:
- Berkeley (just west of 12 and Woodward) has a car show of sorts. It includes music after, food stands and you wander around the parked cars to look at them. See if they have a web site with information about it. - Woodward will be almost in full swing by then too, so going to watch cars is another idea to do.
- I've never gone to Birmingham's events, but they should be good as this city is pretty well off.
- Heavy drinking, but that would ruin Saturday!

Is anyone going straight to the Church lot Saturday morning? I think people will be there to let you on, etc. after 9 am.

I still haven't heard from fuzz 40 or Fritzauf -

The weather reports are saying clear, warm and nice weather, no rain, for Saturday.
Remember this is Michigan...
pack: snow boots, rain coat, wool hat and dry shoes.

Will we need a place to wash our cars if it rains?

It better be a BIG SPRAY WASH for 23 of us. Bring a lot of quarters.

Somehow the two don't work out very well for me unless I stay up all night.

All I have to say is if it rains there will be one long line for the car washes! That would be 23 crossfires plus everyone else at the cruise. Let's hope it does not rain.
