Sounds like you are ready to step it up this time.
man, I am really going to miss this gtg....how many are going to date? Maybe I can roll in Sunday and stay a few days after...hate to miss the last one of the year....
For those interested in a Friday afternoon cruise, you may want to consider the attached routes that cover the" Moonshiner 28" Hwy. "Moonshiner 28" is nearly as famous around here as "The Dragon". (Note: I've got specific driving directions for each route, if interested.)
Jessie & I are interested in a "Moonshiner 28" run. We are checking in at Fontana on Thur, so all day Friday is open for us.

With us getting in on Thursday and the sponsored rides by the club being on Sat. & Sun. I am planning on the Moonshiner Friday. dedwards route 1 is where Jess & I are heading starting out from Fontana Lodge after breakfast (about 9 a.m. give or take a little). We will rubber neck all along the way, and lunch at a moonshiners still taking our time and returning to Fontana before the sunsets. Anyone interested we are driving a Graphite Gray coupe and would enjoy your company.

We're thinking about taking the "scenic" route to Fontana Village Resort this year for the upcoming XFire Fall Dragon event. Roberta & I may not be leaving until early afternoon (1-2 PM) and this attached route enables us to experience "Moonshiner 28" running north to Fontana Village Resort.
For those interested, get back to me and we'll see if plans can be coordinated to travel as a group to Fontana Village Resort.

I;m Thinking the most we have had at the the Dragon Meet was 58 Cars , but could be wrong on that number , would be great if we could get 60 cars , come on need 7 more to join us for the Dragon meet !
I hope siXFOLD is going to be joining me early Saturday morning for the trip down He's a member from Blountville Tn, BLACK COUPE . Man another BLACK car I think We're out numbered.....

Hey everyone.
Its been forever. Sorry I havn't been on. I am going to talk to my girlfriend (who attended last years fall meet) and see If we can work out some plans. I had a blast last time. Myself and James in his oyster roadster tore up the dragon last year (with Brittney screaming in the passenger seat) Its a long drive from Baltimore but am going to try and make it. Just some new info on me. I moved into my new house last November, Bought a puppy who is 11 months old now (German Shepard/Blood hound), Still with my girlfriend Brittney of 3.5 years now, and my Crossfire has hit 50k miles now.

I think my parents are going to come hang out with our group on Saturday. They spend about 6 months a year on the road traveling the country in their RV & it looks like the stars will align for my Dragon trip. I might have to hitch a ride with someone for the Saturday drive & I think my parents will "bogart" my XF. They are awesome people & lots of fun. I guess they could follow us in their truck, but I don't want to be the XF in front of the F250 turbo diesel!!!

By the way the lady told me rooms are getting scarce, so anyone procrastinating may want to think about reserving a room soon.
