This was a great run Nick. I dont think our breakfast group was too pleased that we just "snuck," off or at least that is how it was retold to me.

The Dip, aka Gravity Cavity, aka Fruit Loop Curve is my FAVORITE spot of that whole run! I really think that I could make a weekend of running up and down that 1 mile section of the road. It is the closest that I will ever get to driving a video game or a roller coaster. One day I think that I would like to see the scenery around the Dragon. I don't know about you guys, but that road could be going right thru the middle to downtown Detroit for all I am able to look around. Is it time to go yet???

I will bring some S'mores fixings for around the campfire. I am also going to get the information about the walking tour they do in the evenings that includes ghost stories. Is anyone interested in any adventure tour stuff for Sunday (white water rafting, horseback riding, zip line)? I can get info on that too if there is any interest.

I just found another one of those d@mn loops in my car about 6 months ago!!!!! Its insane! That car has been detailed dozens of times since then but sometimes they still show up. I am starting to think that either Dan or Chuk have been planting them in the car to make me nuts!

Actually, if all goes well, the Mini will be history before the Dragon. Its had problems and needs to go away.

Right now I'm having a lot of trouble finding the Mini's replacement. I had one lined up, but it got sold out from under me. Jerks!

Anyway, to answer your question, I'll be bringing the SRT-6, with some new tires and a limited slip diff. It should be an interesting trip.

Is it just me or does there always seem to be a spike in fuel cost around the time a trip is planned to the Dragon. I would make the trip if it went to five a gallon. However once again I will have to fuel two cars to get there and two while im there. Wish it were next week....
