We are getting close!!! I am super excited!!! Has everyone made their reservations?

 

My Reservations have been made .... friday and saturday nights ...

 

I'm in Thursday nite and out Monday Morning.

 

You are spending the night with us there??? Don't you usually drive in? You heard that all the hoodlums were going to be there & didn't want to miss out on the fun huh?!?

 

Normally I do drive in for the day and back out , but this year one of my christmas gifts was Reservations at the lodge for the spring meet.. , and yes you are right also about the hoodliums , I need to spend more bonding time , so looking forward to it... in on Friday out on Sunday

Howard, nice to see you will be staying at the lodge, I assume you will be joining us for a beer or two?

I work part time, for fun, at a local nano-brewery that a friend owns, and I am going to try to bring some bier for everyone to taste, but no promises (www.bierbrewery.com)

 

Another quick reminder about reservations ..... time is running short to get that done!!!

I did speak to the lodge again today and they are going to get me some information on lodge events while we are there. It appears that they will have bonfires, ghost tours and walking tours available for anyone who is interested.

I am also setting up food for us to be at the grill again this year. I think that with a smaller group it is nice for everyone to be able to eat what they want and we can all sit down together.

I will have final info on the memorial, Easter service and our runs very shortly!

Has anyone heard from John Book? I know how much he likes these events - even more now that Ben is going to school at Western Carolina....

It seems to happen about this time each year. John Book where are you?

 

He goes back to his home planet for the winter.

 

I sent him a text message yesterday but I haven't heard back yet. It always freaks me out when he goes radio silent considering his profession. I wasn't sure if part of his Dragon "wolfpack" might have heard from him.

 

We will be coming to the Spring GTG....it's our very first one....have been up on the dragon several times, but never to a meet up....look forward to meeting everyone....and enjoying the area...

It was really nice meeting you guys at the Daytona Beach Dream Cruise. I am really excited that you will be coming to the Spring Dragon meet with us! We will probably do a convoy up there. You are more than welcome to come along - its always more fun to go in a group!

I spoke to the elusive Mr. Book by phone this evening and he is alive and well, just very busy. He promised to log on and catch up. He says we will see him at the Dragon!! Great news John!!!!

Nick, he said his planet in winter was beautiful 80 to 85 degrees each day and nothing but blue skys.

 

Kyle and I are not comitting at this point in time, but we may show up for the Spring dragon. We enjoy our time and have such a great time with everyone.
