There's a list of members in Illinois? I wouldn't mind driving around with other xf's you guys don't get playful on your drives like other meets do you *cough* 350z and g35 meets *cough*

This is not an annual event but rather a spontaneous event as most all of them have always been.
Just keep an eye on this thread for a date, time, location and announcement from one of us

Maybe we could get a Chrysler dealer to host us. Trying to think who has a bunch of room ... Bettenhausen is cool, but it seems all their stores are pretty full up... (pondering) ...

I should be open every weekend in September. Throw some ideas out there on where to meet. Personally, I'd like to do the Lake Shore Drive cruise, but am open to anything.

Suggestion????? On Sunday, Sept 22nd, at the Joliet Rte 66 Speedway (in Joliet area of course), they have a ladies demolition derby called, "Racing for *****". Parking opens at 4PM and is free, but a charge(?) for grandstand tickets. They do allow Tailgating in the parking lots, prior to the race, which should be in the evening. I don't know how to get the linky to the web site for viewing, but someone might. Could be fun if you like "*****" crashing into each other. LOL

Why not combine the two ...... a leisurely drive down Lake shore Drive, add in a stop for lunch at Mannys' Deli, then on to Joliet (by way of 55), and watch the metal fly, after a tailgate visit of course.

EDIT< EDIT<EDIT......I JUST CHECKED THE CALENDAR AND REAL;IZED THAT I MADE A BAD BAD BOOBOO. SEPTEMBER 22 IS A SATURDAY, NOT SUNDAY. SO ANY DRIVE BACK COULD BE ON SUNDAY, BUT PEOPLE WOULD NEED A STAY OVER PLACE. SORRY .....

I'm more than ok with meeting up for a LSD cruise and lunch at some outdoor place or something, but I'll have to skip on the demo derby because of work sundays in the morning sadly.

The LSD cruise, Demo Derby night sounds cool. I generally stay away from driving in the city, especially on LSD, especially on a Saturday, but, who knows. I'd definitely show up at Route 66 though!
