Hey Barbara and I don't see ourselves on the list for the spring run?....I set-up our lodge room at the fall meet!BEYOND THAT PLEASE HELP US...We have decided to exchange our vows at the spring run at approx, 6-6:30 at the little chapel followed by cake and some sort of light food at a room in the lodge. We NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO JOIN US SO WE CAN RENT THE RIGHT SIZE ROOM AND ORDER ENOUGH FOOD AND CAKE FOR EVERYONE. Please everyone either start another thread o rPM us to say you will be present.

guys im going to try to head over for maybe 1 day sat. if someone has a spare bed i can crash on ill stay the nite but otherwise ill head home sat evening

OOPS I didn't say which day did I.
Talking with PaceMaker and we all agreed Saturday night after the days runs and before the party begins.
We are planning on hors douvres, cheese tray and cake, maybe a punch.

My only concern is that many listed as coming to this GTG may not read this thread or even another thread in order for you guys to get any solid numbers of how many will attend.
We have several new folks who have never been to this GTG and wont even know anyone so not sure if they would join in the plans you have.
Might just have to wing it.
Look at the list in post 2 on this thread and I would assume the regulars can be counted as coming.

Just finished all the maintenance on it this weekend. Hopefully I can get it buffed out and waxed before leaving. It looks horrible now.
I have a double room and it's just me. If either of you need a room let me know.

Another point, did someone mention that we should bring bring walkie talkies? I thought I read that somewhere.

That's usually true, but sometimes they pull over the "last" car just to pass along a message to the whole group. Like don't use any of your phalanges to salute little old ladies as you finally get to pass them in their white Ford 4dr. sedans, just because they're driving like they're in a "School Zone".

LOL.....you must be reading my mind....I found 1 in Louisville, but wanted more than the ole' would pay...back to reality...and the cars at hand... I love the power it makes, but I fear I would break the shifter...I will have to be nice...
