Just received word from Jim that his surgery went well. Still gonna be a few days in the hospital but he says his spirits are soaring.

We just got back from our first Dragon, and wanted to say what a great time we had. 2500 miles,mostly in rain but well worth it. We left monday morning around 8 and drove the Dragon and never saw another car. That was a blast. Thanks to Pacemaker, Pizza, and texas-t for leading us on our runs. We met a some new friends and look forward to going back.

 

 

Glad to hear the good news for you Jim. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. And looking forward to seeing you in the fall hopefully with a regular shoe..

He's from Wisconsin, we stopped and talked to him at the far end - he's about half my age. I had to shake his hand, never seen anyone drive a line like that at those speeds - he never touched the yellow or white lines - EVER!
