Not to discourage anyone from "crusin" Woodward but......
On Saturday once you leave our spot in Memorial Park you CAN NOT return with your Crossfire
They have this restriction to keep the traffic volume to a minimum and keep the park safe for all the people on foot admiring the cars.
The park has 25 acres of cars parked in it by 10:00am
On Friday you are allowed to come and go as you wish.

With all of heavy rain reported recently in the area of the Woodward dream Cruise I made a couple of calls.
I contacted the event organizers today and they told me that Memorial Park is dry and will be open for cars to park this weekend.
I was also told that Woodward Avenue is open for cruising
Spoke with Rapps today too
She has talked with the Royal Oak DPW/Rec. and they also confirmed Memorial Park is open and ready for the show
Looking forward to seeing everyone again this year

All Detroit freeways now open. Travel safely into Michigan and bring a sweatshirt - temps in the 50s at night.
If any Dream Cruise attendees are here early, a few of us are getting together Thurs night at The Moose Preserve around 6ish. PM me if you can make it....

Sandman50, Kuratsunade, and myself won't be in until Friday afternoon, but we plan on eating at the Moose Preserve around 5ish. Anybody want to join us?

I'm planning to arrive at Memorial Park around 2pm
Gonna be calling Harbor (Jim) on my way to see whats going on
Probably hang at the park awhile and then go check in at the hotel before joining you guys for dinner.

Got to Memorial park about 3pm
Beautiful weather in the 70s
Met some new folks and old friends too and saw some awesome cars already
Having dinner with a party of 14 now at the Moose Preserve Restaurant
Then back to the hotel and gathering with the group
Good times with great people
