Weather looks promising for Saturday. I am asking everyone to be at Skyline at or before 11:00. If you don't care for Skyline, there are other places close by but please meet us first.

Skyline is in the same block as SteakNShake. If you're not familiar with Skyline, it faces the Christmas Tree Store.

If you have any questions, let me know. If you have FRS Radios to bring, it will help.

I just saw this thread; are R170 SLKs allowed in too? I may be able to squeeze in a drive tomorrow. What kind of drive is it going to be? More of a laid back cruise or more spirited?

Had a great day for a drive, I think most roadsters ended with their tops down due to the sunshine! I plan to put together a web page of pictures from today. If you have any you would like included, you can email them to James1549@fioptics.com. Or post them in an album here and I will steal them. I would like to get the group shot from Dan's Camera PLEASE! I hope to do something similar in the future with you guys. Thanks to all that showed up today!

Great to meet you again and all the others for the first time. Really nice bunch of people. Your right the day turned out great and got to meet the Mayor of Rabbit Hash. That topped off everything and made it worth our time, Ha. Was fantastic meeting some of the many nice people here in the Forum really hope we can do it again sometime.

Hats off to James for putting this together and putting together a great route. The return from Rabbit Hash was the most fun I have had behind the wheel in years, maybe ever. To bad I had to bug out at McDonalds as I am sure I missed some more great driving. Everyone's Crossfires looked great in the fall sunshine and, since I have yet to get to one of the national events this was the most Crossfires I have seen in one spot. The best part was meeting the great people that go with this great car and being able to put some faces to the screen names. James I will email you my photos as soon as I figure out how to do that. This needs to become a annual if not a bi-annual event.

 

Spent a beautiful day delivering wheat seed to northern Indiana...glad you all had fun. As usual, work got in the way.
But, it was a perfect day....

Looks like a blast! I have already taken the insurance off the Crossy for the winter. Does anyone have a spring countdown timer?

 

I had a great time yesterday! It was great to meet everyone and cruise on a beautiful day.

I enjoyed over 300 miles of driving by the time I returned home yesterday.

That SPRING COUNTDOWN is quite depressing. However, maybe 80 tomorrow and sunny so my vert is coming back out. Seems I didn't get enough cruising yesterday.

 

WOW, I'm gunna save a lot on insurance.
